The Construction Industry Authority (CIA) is an apex body Of the construction industry, operating under the aegis of the Ministry of National Infrastructure. The overriding objectives of CIA are, inter alia, to:

Regulate the construction industry, Formulate and develop policies and standards to ensure the functional, safety and sustainability requirements Of infrastructure, Promote capacity building in the construction industry, Promote Alternative Dispute Resolution in the construction industry, and Provide support to the Micro and SME contractors of the construction industry.

The CIA is inviting applications for the following posts:

(1) Handy Worker/Driver – (Job Ref: HR/001/HWD/26/01)

(2) Technical Executive – (Job Ref: HR/001/TE/26/03)

Mode of Application for the Post of Handy Worker/Driver shall be submitted by Post or Hand Delivered on the prescribed Application Form duly signed together with a Motivation Letter and a detailed CV accompanied with photocopies of ID, Educational/Professional Certificates, Testimonials and other relevant documents. Application should be addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Construction Industry Authority at the above mentioned address so as to reach him at latest on Friday 18 September 2026 at 16 00hrs. The Title of the post should be clearly indicated at the Top Left-Hand Corner of the envelope.

Notes:

(i) Candidates should not have reached their 48th birthday by the closing date for the submission of Application.

(ii) Incomplete and inaccurate applications will not be considered.

(iii) The onus for the submission of equivalence of qualifications (if applicable) from relevant authorities rests with the candidate.

(iv) Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
