The Construction Industry Authority (CIA), in exercising its mandate to promote transparency, standardisation, and good governance within the Mauritian construction industry, commissioned the 2026 update of the National Schedule of Rates (NSR). This revised edition replaces the previous 2021 Indicative Schedule of Rates (ISOR) and introduces a modernised, transparent, and industry-aligned pricing framework.
