The CIA of Mauritius aims at providing leadership and guidance towards the development of a competitive and world class Construction Industry.

Quality Policy

We are committed to always strive to provide quality regulatory, advisory, and capacity development services to the construction industry’s stakeholders right the first time, on time and every time.

We shall fully comply and conform with our mandate, customer needs and expectations as well as the applicable Statutory and Regulatory requirements.

We shall ensure continual improvement of our services through evaluation of our customer satisfaction and performance.

We shall ensure that this Policy is communicated, well understood and demonstrably applied by all personnel and shall also be made available to relevant interested parties.

This Policy shall be reviewed on a yearly basis to ensure its continual suitability.

Constructing Beyond Today

To achieve these objectives, the following measures shall be strictly adhered to:

Visitors will be greeted and registered in the visitors book located at the reception desk.

The visitor’s name, arrival and departure times, purpose of visit, and contact information will be recorded.

Visitor's Policy

All visitors, regardless of status or position, are required to strictly adhere to the visitor’s policy and any established guidelines. In the event of an incident, the emergency preparedness and response procedures will be implemented.

The intellectual property of the CIA shall be respected and protected from infringement by unauthorized parties or individuals acting on behalf of the CIA.

This policy will be communicated and understood by all internal and external stakeholders. The policy will also be reviewed annually to ensure its continual applicability and relevance.

The activities undertaken by the CIA necessitate that visitors receive clear, appropriate advice, guidance, and education to ensure their complete protection from incidents that may lead to ill-injured health injuries or property damage.

These objectives collectively aim to create a more sustainable, efficient, and responsible Construction Industry.
