The Construction Industry Authority (CIA) is inviting bids from eligible Bidders under the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) process for the “Supply and Implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) Solutions and Licences, including Associated Services and Training”.
Procurement by Slices. The requirement is divided into the following three (3) Slices:
• Slice 1 – Core BIM Software, CDE and Implementation
• Slice 2 – Advanced BIM Software and Implementation
• Slice 3 – BIM Training, Capacity Building and Implementation Support
Bidding and Award by Slice. Bidders may bid for any one Slice, any combination of Slices, or all three Slices. Each Slice will be evaluated separately in accordance with the Bidding Documents. CIA may award any one Slice, any combination of Slices, or all Slices to the same Bidder or to different Bidders, as applicable.
Alternative Bids. Subject to the Bidding Documents, a Bidder may submit a maximum of one (1) Alternative Bid per Slice, provided it also submits a substantially responsive Base Bid for that Slice. An Alternative Bid may propose a different technical solution, methodology and/or implementation/programme duration, where permitted, and shall be separately identified and priced.
BIM User-Capacity Options. The Base Offer is for ten (10) users/licences and corresponding capacity building. Separate prices may also be submitted for 15, 20, 25 and 30 users. Evaluation/ranking will be based on the 10-user Base Offer; CIA may select any stated option at award, subject to its requirements and availability of funds.
Bidding Documents, Clarifications and Addenda. The Bidding Documents may be downloaded free of charge from publicprocurement.govmu.org or ciamauritius.org. Requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing to info@ciamauritius.org within the period specified in the Bidding Documents.
