The Construction Industry Authority (CIA) hereby informs all its stakeholders and the public that a New Grading System for Contractors has been enacted under The Finance Act 2025.
This reform is part of the continued efforts of CIA to align the Contractor Registration Framework with evolving industry demands and ensure greater clarity, fairness, and competitiveness in the sector.
